Abstract

The problems in this study are motivated by 1) economic learning rarely uses learning media, 2) most students are still not optimal in thinking quickly and precisely in solving problems, 3) students' understanding of economic material taught by teachers is not optimal and 4 ) the acquisition of student learning outcomes is not maximized. This study aims to determine the scramble learning model assisted by question card media in increasing the activity and learning outcomes of students in economics class XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri 14 Bandar Lampung. This type of research is classroom action research which consists of two cycles where each cycle is held in three meetings. Research procedures include planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects in this study were 33 students in class XI IPS 2 at SMA Negeri 14 Bandar Lampung. Mastery learning outcomes in this study reached 80% of the total number of students. The results of the study showed that the average score of students' learning activities increased from an average of 7.32 (quite active) in cycle I to 7.85 (active) in cycle II, where an increase in score was obtained from cycle I to cycle II. of 0.53. Student learning outcomes increased where in cycle I the percentage was 69.70% and cycle II was 87.88%, where an increase in the percentage of learning completeness from cycle I to cycle II was 18.18%. From these results it can be concluded that learning by applying the scramble learning model can increase the activity and economic learning outcomes of students in class XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri 14 Bandar Lampung in the 2022/2023 academic year.
