UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR KRITIS DAN HASIL BELAJAR EKONOMI DENGAN MENERAPKAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN SIKLUS BELAJAR LEARNING CYCLE PADA PESERTA DIDIK KELAS X IPS 1 SMA NEGERI 8 BANDAR LAMPUNG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2022/2023

Classroom Action Research is research with the aim of finding solutions to social problems. This study aims to determine whether the learning cycle learning method can improve critical thinking skills and economic learning outcomes in class X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2022/2023. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which uses a learning cycle learning model. This research was conducted in class X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2022/2023 which consisted of 32 students. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle there are 18 students (56.25%) whose learning outcomes are classified as complete. While student learning outcomes in the second cycle there are 27 students (84.37%) whose learning outcomes are classified as complete. In addition, the increase in the average percentage of students' critical thinking skills as a whole is 7.18 in cycle 1, and 7.66 in cycle II. In cycle 1, the number of students who were classified as less critical was 22 students from 32 students. Meanwhile, in cycle 2, the number of students with less crisis decreased to 10 students from 32 students. So, it can be concluded that the application of the learning cycle learning model is able to improve learning outcomes and critical thinking skills of students in class X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung in the 2022/2023 school year.
