Abstract

The problem in this research is how to increase the activities and learning outcomes of accounting through the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) learning model for students of class XI AKL 2 SMK Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2021/2022. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycle stages which in its application uses the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) learning model in the learning process. The subjects in this study were students of class XI AKL 2 SMK Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung, totaling 36 students. The results showed that the percentage of student activity increased from 69,44% in cycle 1 to 80.00% in cycle 2. The percentage of student learning outcomes also increased. In the pre-cycle the percentage of completeness was 38.89%, the first cycle was 58.33% and the second cycle was 83.33%. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that learning activities by applying the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) learning model can increase the activities and learning outcomes of accounting students in class XI AKL 2 SMK Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung.
