Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes and the use of LKPD that has not been maximized. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of developing LKPD based on problem solving learning methods on students in class XI IPA at SMAS Taman Siswa Teluk Betung. This research is a type of research and development (research and development). The research stages refer to the ADDIE development model which includes Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The results of the material expert validation test obtained an average score of 4.55, while the language validation test obtained an average score of 4.70. In the practicality test, class XI IPA 1 students who use LKPD get an average score of 3.89. Furthermore, on the T test, the LKPD showed good results, where thit = 5.80 and ttab = 2.02 at a significant level of 5%. This means that there is a difference between the grades of economics subject in class XI IPA 1 (which uses LKPD) and class XI IPA 2 (which does not use LKPD) at SMAS Taman Siswa Teluk Betung.
