UPAYA MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SEJARAH MELALUI METODE PEMBELAJARAN JIGSAW DI KELAS X OTKP SMK PGRI 2 BANDAR LAMPUNG TAHUN AJARAN 2024/2025

The problems in this study are the low learning outcomes in history and the lack of student engagement during history lessons. The aim of this research is to determine the improvement of students' history learning outcomes through the Jigsaw learning method on the topic The Role of Students, University Students, and Youth in Political and Constitutional Changes in Indonesia in Class X OTKP at SMK PGRI 1 Bandar Lampung. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted collaboratively between the researcher and the subject teacher. The subjects of this research were 28 students of Class X OTKP at SMK PGRI 1 Bandar Lampung. The research was carried out in two cycles, each consisting of three meetings and following the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research instruments used were observation sheets and learning outcome tests. The results of the study showed that student activity in the first cycle reached a percentage of 57.14%, categorized as fairly active, and increased in the second cycle to 85.71%, categorized as very good. An improvement was also seen in students' learning outcomes, with mastery learning increasing from 39.28% in the pre-cycle to 57.14% in the first cycle, and reaching 85.71% in the second cycle. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the use of the Jigsaw learning method can improve student activity and history learning outcomes in Class X OTKP at SMK PGRI 1 Bandar Lampung.
