UPAYA MENINGKATKAN SIKAP EMPATI SISWA SMA MELALUI LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK DENGAN TEKNIK SOSIODRAMA DI SMAS TAMANSISWA TELUK BETUNG

Abstract

Empathy is an important attitude in the social emotional development of students, especially at the high school level, where they begin to face interpersonal challenges and more complex decision making. However, in reality, there are still many students who show attitudes that are less concerned about friends, tend to be selfish, and ignore friends who are experiencing difficulties. This study aims to improve students' empathy through group guidance services with sociodrama techniques for class X.E.2 students at SMAS Tamansiswa Teluk Betung. The investigate strategy utilized is Direction and Counseling Activity Inquire about (PTBK) with the Kemmis and Mc Taggart demonstrate comprising of four stages, to be specific arranging, activity, perception, and reflection. The subjects in this consider were 8 understudies (4 guys and 4 females). The ponder was conducted in two cycles, went with by pre-test and post-test.
