PENERAPAN MODEL KONSELING EKSISTENSIAL HUMANISTIK UNTUK MENGATASI SISWA YANG KURANG PERCAYA DIRI PADA SISWA KELAS X DI SMA ADIGUNA BANDAR LAMPUNG

The problem raised at Adiguna High School Bandar Lampung is the application of the existential humanistic counseling model to overcome students who lack confidence in class x students of Adiguna High School Bandar Lampung in the 2023/2024 academic year. Students who experience lack of confidence amounted to 12 people consisting of 8 women and 4 men. The method used uses qualitative with group counseling services. With data collection techniques, namely observation, questionnaires, interviews. The result of the discussion in this study is the application of the existential humanistic counseling model to overcome students who lack confidence, namely through activities according to the previous counseling guidance syllabus that has been prepared by the supervising teacher, the impact they feel following this activity is that they are able to become more confident, independent, able to adjust themselves and be optimistic in carrying out daily activities.
