This research aims to determine the effect of group counseling services using self-management techniques in reducing aggressive behavior in class XI students at SMK Bina Latih Karya Bandar Lampung for the 2023/2024 academic year. This research uses quantitative research with the research method "Pre-experimental Design (nondesigns)" with experiments in the form of "One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design". The sample in this study consisted of 10 class XI students. The data collection instrument used was an aggressiveness scale questionnaire to determine the level of aggressive behavior in students. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that there was a decrease in the average post-test score of 27.3 from the initial average score before group counseling was carried out using Self-management techniques of 92.6 to 67.8 after group counseling services were carried out using Self -management. The results of this research are also strengthened by the results of the T-Test at a significance level of 5%, which shows the Sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.012, this value is smaller than 0.05 or Sig.0.012 < 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that in this study Ha was accepted, namely that group counseling using self-management techniques had an effect in reducing aggressive behavior in class XI students at SMK Bina Latih Karya for the 2023/2024 academic year.
