Abstract

Learning discipline is one of the keys that can create a conducive learning atmosphere. Students who take part in classroom learning have good attention when studying, can stick to schedules/times and can participate actively. Is there an effect of group guidance on student discipline through reinforcement techniques in class XI students at SMK Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of group guidance on discipline using reinforcement techniques in class XI students at SMK Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung. This type of research is quantitative with the research design used being Non-equivalent Control Group Design. In these two groups, both pre-tests and post-tests were carried out in this research. The focus of this research was to obtain data and descriptions in the field about the influence of group guidance on student discipline through reinforcement techniques and data collection techniques that the author used, namely observation, interviews, documentation and discipline questionnaires. Data analysis used the T test with the SPSS ver 26 application.
