PENGARUH MEDIA BATANG NAPIER TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS IV SD NEGERI 1 PALAPA BANDAR LAMPUNG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2022/2023

Abstract

The problem in this research is that the learning outcomes of students in class IV SDN 1 Palapa Bandar Lampung have not been maximized. Students are less actively involved in the learning process and tend to get bored quickly, the learning resources used are still lacking and the use of media in learning has not been implemented. This research aims to determine the effect of Napier stem media on the mathematics learning outcomes of class IV students at SDN 1 Palapa Bandar Lampung for the 2022/2023 academic year. This research uses an experimental method using Napier stem media. The population in this study were all class IV students, totaling 112 students, the sample consisted of class IVA, totaling 24 students, as the experimental class in their learning using napier stem media, and class IVB, totaling 24 students, as the control class using conventional learning. . Hypothesis testing uses the t-test statistical formula. After testing the hypothesis, the calculation of mathematics learning outcomes data was obtained using statistical formulas with a value of tcount greater than ttable at a significance level of 5%, and the significance was smaller than 0.05, so the hypothesis was accepted, so we got tcount 10,133  and ttable 1.679. This means that there is an influence of Napier stem media on the mathematics learning outcomes of class IV students at SDN 1 Palapa Bandar Lampung for the 2022/2023 academic year.
