Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of developing flipbook learning media and describe the responses of educators and students in learning using the Science Flipbook learning media for fourth grade students at SDN 01 Kecubung Raya. The population in this study amounted to 28 fourth grade elementary school students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation, then analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. Media flipbook was validated by material experts, design experts, and linguists. Then the revised flipbook was tested to find out the responses of educators and students. The results of the material expert validation obtained an average score of 81%, the results of the design expert validation with an average score of 90%, and the results of the linguist validation obtained an average score of 98%. From the three expert validators, the Science Flipbook is categorized as very feasible. Educator responses obtained an average score of 90%, as well asstudent responses small group tests obtained an average score of 83%, and large group tests obtained an average score of 85%. Then the results of flipbook development in this study are categorized as very interesting.
