UPAYA MENGATASI PERILAKU PROKRASTINASI AKADEMIK MELALUI TEKNIK KONSELING REALITAS PADA SISWA KELAS XI IPS SMA NEGERI 6 BANDAR LAMPUNG

The problem that occurs in SMA Negeri 6 Bandar Lampung is the occurrence of students who are late in doing assignments caused by several things such as underestimating the assignments given by their teachers, and being concerned with other matters rather than doing the tasks assigned to them. In this study, researchers used the PTBK method with a focus on observing 6 subjects who experienced academic procrastination problems. The method of data collection is by using the techniques of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive techniques. Based on observations obtained data that 6 students of class XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri 6 Bandar Lampung have low academic procrastination problems. Then after the actions taken through group counseling with two cycles carried out for 6 meetings, the students continued to improve to overcome the problem of academic procrastination.
