Middle. This study uses the guidance and counseling action research method (PTBK). The main concept in this study consists of four main components that also show steps, namely planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The data collection technique uses observation as the main technique. As for complementary techniques in data collection using the documentation method. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that group counseling with a behavior approach can increase the self-esteem of class VIII C students of SMP Negeri 1 Gunung Sugih, Central Lampung. Student self-esteem in class VIII C before being given was in the low category there were 12 students and 18 students were moderate. In cycle I, the number of students whose level of self-esteem was high was 4 students or 12.5%, students who were included in moderate self-esteem were 21 or 65.62% of students who were still in the low category as many as 7 or 21.87% of students. In this study, researchers used the PTBK research method by directly observing the phenomena that occurred in students gradually from each meeting conducted. The activity carried out is to conduct group counseling services with rational emotive therapy techniques carried out in 2 cycles. Initial condition data is known from 23 students, 7 students have high levels of social anxiety, 7 students have moderate levels of social anxiety and 9 students have low levels of social anxiety. After participating in group counseling services with RET techniques in cycle I of 7 students each student reached a number with an average of APC (55%) in the high category, FA reached an average (48%) in the medium category, MAS reached an average (49%) in the high category, NDD reached an average (51%) in the high category, PM reached an average (52%) in the high category, PHZ reached an average (47%) in the medium category and TRZ reached an average (48%) in the medium category. Of the 7 students, 3 students namely FA, PHZ and TRZ were in the medium category and the other 4 students namely APC, MAS, NDD and PM were still in the high category. In cycle II -each student reached a number with an average of APC (37%) in the low category, FA reached (34%) in the low category, MAS reached an average in the category (37%), NND reached (36%) in the low category, PM reached an average (35%) in the low category, PHZ reached (32%) in the low category and TRZ reached an average (33%) in the low category. This study aims to determine the increase in Self Efficacy in Biling students through reality counseling. The method used in this research is Guidance and Counseling Action Research (PTBK) regarding increasing the self-efficacy of Community Development students through reality counseling. The sample in this study amounted to 14 students. In this study, the authors used questionnaire techniques and interview techniques. In determining the sample, researchers used a purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the problem of learning concentration in students before obtaining group guidance services with Self-management techniques obtained 50.25% after getting group guidance services with Self-management techniques in cycle I reached 56.25% in the low to medium category. The purpose of this research is to explain how effective is the application of operant conditioning group counseling with the aim of reducing the habit of off task behavior in students. As for the various off-task behaviors, some of them are enjoying themselves and joking with their friends, making noise, going in and out of class, not paying attention when the teacher is giving lessons and unmotivated to learn.Another cause of students doing off task behavior consists of several factors, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include school adaptation and difficulties in participating in learning. While the external factors that underlie the emergence of students' off-task behavior are the influence of friends and the lack of attention from the teacher. There are several handling efforts that can be done by the counselor, including reprimanding or reminding by giving advice, namely with the aim of dealing with off-task behavior by students. Apart from that, the counselor collaborates with homeroom teachers and subject teachers by applying operant conditioning theory using the reinforcement and punishment technique. This study used the guidance and counseling action research method (PTBK) with a sample of 8 students selected by purposive sampling. The results showed that in the actions from cycle I to cycle II, group guidance service activities in improving the ethics of speaking class VIII students of SMP Negeri 21 Bandar Lampung had been carried out well. This is evident from the results of the achievement of the results of cycle II which showed an increase in good speaking ethics in students, namely 74.6% and this result has reached the target set by the researchers, namely 70%. The results of the student speaking ethics questionnaire instrument with group guidance services showed that this research, starting from the activities before the action until the research ended, found satisfactory results because there was an increase in each cycle, namely in cycle I after the service was given the average score obtained by students only increased, namely 40, 3%. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenological research. Subjects were taken purposively as many as 3 subjects namely NK, MY. And SJ. Data collection methods used are interviews and observation. Data analysis techniques use reduction, display and data verification. Test the validity of the data using method and source triangulation.</em> <em>The results of the study (1) There was a divorce and separation in the NK family due to economic problems and infidelity. This incident caused NK to have a bad view of himself, his family, parents and the trauma of marriage. NK often feels sad and disappointed so that it interferes with his learning activities and shows reactions of aggression, withdrawal, and compensation. The coping carried out by AP is cathartic by writing a diary and there has been no action from parents or counselors in helping NKP. (2) There was a broken home in the form of parents leaving MY because of an affair. A broken home causes MY to have a bad view of himself, family, parents and causes the trauma of an affair. MY often feels sad, disappointed and often cries so that it disrupts his learning activities and shows withdrawal and compensation reactions. The coping that MY did was to do catharsis by writing a diary and there had been no action from the family, but BK had provided MY with some counseling. (3) SJ's parents separated due to misunderstandings and quarrels between family members. This incident caused SJ to have a bad view of himself, his family, parents and his abusive behavior towards his mother. SJ felt sad, disappointed, and angry, causing SJ to be lazy to learn and to show aggression, withdrawal, and compensation reactions. The research method used in this research. This research uses a quantitative approach using the Quasi Experimental Design method. From the predetermined population, the researcher chose 16 students in class X as a sample with the following criteria: 1) Students at SMK Negeri 1 Katibung; 2) Students with indications of frequent truancy; and 3) Willing to be a respondent in this research. Based on the results of data analysis in this study, it can be concluded that the calculation results after participating in group counseling with the Behavior Contract technique for the experimental group increased from 63.37 to 78.15. In addition, a hypothesis test was carried out using the Wilcoxon Test and Zcount = 2.527 was then compared to Ztable = 0.05 so Zcount &lt; Ztable (2.527 &lt;0.05) then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Providing assistance through guidance and counseling activities using rational emotive therapy (RET) techniques is one way to help students solve their problems. The method used in this research is guidance counseling action research (PTBK) quantitative descriptive method with a descriptive approach, the variables in this study amount to two variables. The data collection technique uses basic techniques and complementary techniques. The population in this study was 131 while the sample was 30 students. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. The test instrument used a questionnaire, while the data analysis used simple statistics. Based on the results of the questionnaire given, there were very significant changes. The correlational quantitative approach uses random techniques, from the results of data collection and test results carried out by researchers, the results show that the data used is suitable to be carried out, and the results of correlation tests using product moment correlation show a correlation table of 0.892 with a significance of 0.000. which proves that Ha is accepted, so there is a significant relationship between parental parenting patterns and students' social interactions. Prosperity felt by adolescents has positive emotions and can foster a sense of life satisfaction and happiness, thereby reducing negative behavior and reducing feelings of depression. Adolescents who have high psychological well-being are someone who can accept themselves as they are and can form relationships with other people and are able to realize their potential on a regular basis. This research is a type of correlational research with a quantitative approach. the goal is to get an idea of the relationship between two or more variables. In this research, we will examine whether there is a relationship between Psychological Well Being and academic achievement of class XI students at SMAN 1 Way Lima. It can be seen that the level of psychological well-being has a positive and significant correlation with learning achievement (r=0.726; p&lt;0.05). This correlation means that the higher the level of psychological well-being, the higher one's academic achievement. These results are in line with research conducted by Fariba (2013), who examined the effect of personality traits, learning styles and psychological well-being on academic performance in students who studied virtually (r=0.21; p&lt;0.01) and in Topham (2011) who examined the relationship between psychological well-being and academic achievement in students who had just enrolled at UK University (r=0.15; p&lt;0.001). There is a positive relationship between psychological well being and academic achievement of class XI students at SMAN 1 Way Lima. Based on the results of the simple linear regression test, it was found that psychological well being has a Sig value. 0.000 &lt;0.05 and has a positive effect of 52.6% on children's academic achievement.
