PENGARUH POLA ASUH ORANG TUA TERHADAP INTERAKSI SOSIAL PADA SISWA KELAS IX DI SMP NEGERI 1 BANDAR LAMPUNG

The parenting style used by parents on students' social interaction, parental parenting will help children to grow and develop by caring for, guiding and educating children for independence, but excessive parenting is also not good for individual development. the aim of the study was to analyze the effect of parenting style on students' social interactions. The correlational quantitative approach uses random techniques, from the results of data collection and test results carried out by researchers, the results show that the data used is suitable to be carried out, and the results of correlation tests using product moment correlation show a correlation table of 0.892 with a significance of 0.000. which proves that Ha is accepted, so there is a significant relationship between parental parenting patterns and students' social interactions. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is an influence of parental parenting patterns on students' social interactions at SMP Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung. This is evidenced by the price of the correlation coefficient of 0.892 with a significance of 0.000.
