PENERAPAN LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK MELALUI TEKNIK DISKUSI TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN PENYESUAIN DIRI PESERTA DIDIK DI SMP NEGERI 9 BANDAR LAMPUNG

Abstract

Good adjustments are those with their limitations, abilities and personality while learning to interact with themselves and the environment in an efficient, mature, useful and satisfying manner. Efficient in the sense that what the students do can produce the desired results without spending a lot of energy, not wasting time, and making few mistakes. In group guidance services through discussion techniques in self-adjustment these students can start by looking at and assessing the situation carefully before interacting. This is useful for students to do for humanity, also useful in a social environment. Adjustment of students to school, namely an effort or process carried out by students in a new known school environment that aims to achieve a harmonious relationship between the new environment and these students to achieve optimal learning results in this case students can bring out a feeling of satisfaction in himself and bring a good impact on him in interacting. Carry out group guidance services through discussion techniques with an inductive approach to students who experience difficulties in self-adjustment abilities. the researcher observed the activities and saw the behavior of these students in the school environment and in the classroom towards 9 class 7G students at SMP Negeri 9 Bandar Lampung who experienced difficulties in self-adjustment abilities after conducting group guidance to these students obtained data that students had succeeded in improving their abilities adjustment by instilling self-confidence and social interaction with other students inside or outside school.
