Students are subjects and objects of education who need guidance from others to help direct and develop their potential and guide them towards maturity. For this reason, students as those who are taught, fostered, and trained to be prepared to become strong human beings, must have polite behavior towards everyone. In establishing human relations, it must be based on good behavior and one of them is polite behavior. In the current learning process, grades are not only based on academic abilities but also based on the attitudes and behavior of these students in learning, especially towards teachers. Many of the students currently don't know how they should behave towards their teacher, sometimes some of their attitudes and words are considered impolite but they don't realize it. The problem in this study is how does the influence of modeling technique group guidance services affect student courtesy by teacher at school in class X students in the even semester of SMA Negeri 14 Bandar Lampung in the 2022/2023 academic year. The type of research conducted was a quasi-experimental type of research, namely sampling from the existing population was held randomly at the class level and not at the student level randomly. individual. The research design used a randomized pre-test and post-test control group design (Pocock, 1986), while the sample consisted of 5 students. The sampling technique used was clauster random sampling. The test instrument used a questionnaire, while the data analysis used simple statistics, the product moment correlation formula. . Based on the results of the questionnaire, the modeling technique group guidance service and the courtesy questionnaire of students and teachers experienced very significant changes. The results of these calculations show that there is an influence between modeling technique group guidance services on the manners of students and teachers at school.
