UPAYA MENGTASASI PERILAKU MEMBOLOS MELALUI PENDEKATAN KONSELING REALITAS PADA PESERTA DIDIK KELAS XI SMA NEGERI 5 BANDAR LAMPUNG

Skipping behavior is a problem that needs to be addressed and requires the guidance of teachers and counselors because this behavior will hinder the achievement of national education goals, namely the intellectual life of the nation's children. In addition, students who play truant will not be responsible for their learning, this will damage their potential, talents, abilities, ideals and futures. The problem in this study is how to overcome truancy behavior through a reality counseling approach to class XI students at SMA Negeri 5 Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this research is to overcome the truancy behavior of students in class XI SMA Negeri 5 Bandar Lampung. This study uses a Classroom Action Research Counseling Guidance. The subjects in this study were students of class XI, in this case, 5 people had truant behavior. This research consists of 2 cycles, each cycle has the following procedures: Planning, Action, Observation and Reflection. Based on the results of the classroom action research conducted by the researcher, the following data were obtained for the initial data for the study of student truancy behavior into the frequent category, then for the first cycle the research results obtained a decrease in student truancy behavior from the frequent category to sometimes while the second cycle experienced a decrease in the intensity of the habit or behavior of ditching students from the category of sometimes to never.
