Abstract

This study aims to improve science learning outcomes through the application of the learning strategy Everyone is a Teacher Here for Fourth Grade Students of SDN 1 Mulang Maya. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research or commonly referred to as CAR which consists of Cycle I and Cycle II with several stages per cycle. This classroom action research in its cycle consists of the stages of preparation, implementation, observation, and reflection. In this study, the data collection techniques used were in the form of student learning interest questionnaires, tests, and observation sheets. The data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative and quantitative data through questionnaires and the average student score. This research was conducted in the fourth grade of SDN 1 Mulang Maya with the research subject of 17 students consisting of 8 male students and 9 female students. And the object of this research is the learning strategy of Everyone is a Teacher Her. The results of this study are from the acquisition of scores that are presented through observations of student learning outcomes in each cycle which are increasing. The increase in the percentage of student learning outcomes from cycle I and cycle II increased from 47% to 71%. The increase was 24%. The achievement of the average value of the learning outcomes of students in the first cycle was 66.17 and increased to the second cycle of 75.58.
