The problem in this study is the understanding of the mathematical concepts of fourth grade students at MIN 4 Bandar Lampung on multiplication material. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an effect of using takalintar media on understanding mathematics learning concepts for fourth grade students in multiplication counting operations at MIN 4 Bandar Lampung. This type of research is an experimental research. The population in this study were all fourth grade students at MIN 4 Bandar Lampung with a total of 79. Sampling in this study used a cluster random sampling technique with a lottery procedure. The sample in this study was IV A as the experimental class using takalintar media and IV C as the control class without using takalintar media. the average final test of the control class was 69.81. Also supported by the results of statistical tests obtained thitung 3.67 and the results of the distribution table at a significance level of 0.05 obtained ttabel 2.00 This shows that the significance level of 0.05 thitung > ttabel then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of using takalintar media on the understanding of mathematics learning concepts for fourth grade students in multiplication counting operations at MIN 4 Bandar Lampung.
