This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in learning history. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in learning outcomes of history using the inside outside circle learning model in class X KK 1 even semester students of SMK Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung. This research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is done collaboratively. The subjects in this study were students of class X KK 1 SMK Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung, totaling 31 students. The instruments used in this study were observation sheets, written tests and documentation. Based on the research results obtained in the first cycle the average value of students was 72.18 while in the second cycle it rose to 77.50. Classical completeness in the first cycle was 64.52% and in the second cycle it increased to 87.10%. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the use of the inside outside circle (IOC) learning model can improve history learning outcomes for students in class X KK 1 SMK Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung in the 2021/2022 school year.
