PENGGUNAAN MEDIA AUDIO VISUAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS III SDN 3 KALIAWI BANDAR LAMPUNG

Abstract

The problem in this study is that student learning outcomes in mathematics learning in class III are still relatively low. The purpose of this study was to improve mathematics learning outcomes through the use of audio-visual media in third grade students of SDN 3 Kaliawi Bandar Lampung. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subject of this research is class III which consists of 29 students. Data collection techniques in this study were in the form of observation sheets, learning outcomes tests, and documentation. The results showed that the results of learning mathematics in the first cycle the pretest score obtained a completeness of 44.83% and increased in the post-test score to 62.07%. While in the second cycle the pretest score obtained a completeness of 75.86% and increased in the post-test score to 93.10%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that using audio-visual media can improve mathematics learning outcomes for third grade students at SDN 3 Kaliawi Bandar Lampung.
