Abstract

The main problems in this study were backgrounded by 1) student learning outcomes that were still low, 2) learning had not used LKPD and 3) social studies learning which was only sourced from a limited number of textbooks. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of validity, level of attractiveness, ease and benefit as well as the level of effectiveness of LKPD development based on the learning model of team game tournaments (TGT) in class VII students of SMPN Satap 13 Pesawaran.   This research is a type of research and development ( research and development) is research that is used to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. The resulting product is an LKPD based  on the teams games tournaments (TGT) learning model in social studies subjects to find out product validation, attractiveness, convenience and benefit as well as the effectiveness of the LKPD to be developed. The stages of research carried out refer to the ADDI development model developed by Dick and Cary, including analysis, design, development and implementation.  The results showed that level 1) validity of LKPD is valid, this can be seen from the results of expert validation, namely (a) validation of linguists 3.6, (b) validation of material experts 4.3, (c) media experts 4.2. So it can be concluded that the development of LKPD based  on the learning model of team games tournaments (TGT) deserves to be developed in class VII students of SMPN Satap 13 Pesawaran.
