The problems found in class XI TKJ SMK Persada Bandar Lampung are the low activity of students and student learning outcomes during the learning process in class. In this study, the author uses the Independent Learning Method which is applied to increase the activities and learning outcomes of CEP (Creative Entrepreneurship Products) for class XI TKJ students, on CEP (Creative Entrepreneurship Products) subjects at SMK Persada Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2022/2023. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycle stages which in its application uses Independent Learning Methods in the learning process. The subjects in this study were students of class XI TKJ SMK Persada Bandar Lampung, totaling 21 students. The results of this study indicate that the average number of student activities has increased from an average of 36.7% in the first cycle to 40.19% in the second cycle. The percentage value of student learning outcomes has also increased. In the pre-cycle, the percentage of completeness was 38.09%, the first cycle was 57.14% and the second cycle was 85.71%. From the results of the analysis, it can be stated or explained that learning activities by applying the Independent Learning Method can increase the activities and learning outcomes of CEP (Creative Entrepreneurship Products) students of class XI SMK Persada Bandar Lampung for the academic year 2022/2023.
