Abstract

The main problems in this study were backrounded by, lack of student understanding and there are still many students who are not actively involved in the learning process. Related to these problems, researchers try to create interesting and easy-to-understand media in order to increase student enthusiasm in the learning process, this media is in the form of snakes and ladders learning media. This study aims to determine the feasibility of snakes and ladders learning media on the material of human needs and scarcity of resources developed in terms of validity as a learning media, knowing the responses of students and teachers in terms of the practicality of the learning media that has been developed in the learning process in class X.7 SMA Negeri 3 Bandar Lampung. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model consisting of five stages, namely, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The results of the validation of material experts obtained an average of 4.5 and the validation of media experts obtained an average of 4.4 from the two validators obtained an overall average of 4.45 with the criteria of "Very Feasible". The responses of students and teachers to the snakes and ladders learning media developed obtained an average student response of 4.46 and a teacher response with an average of 4.8 with the criteria "Very Practical".
