PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PREVIEW, QUESTION, READ, REFLECT, RECITE, REVIEW (PQ4R) TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR EKONOMI PESERTA DIDIK KELAS X SMAS TAMANSISWA TELUK BETUNG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2024/2025

The problems in this study are 1) student learning outcomes in economic subjects are still low. 2) There are still many students who are not disciplined 3) The learning model (PQ4R) has not been used by the teacher. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review (PQ4R) learning model on Class X SMAS Tamansiswa Teluk Betung in the 2024/2025 academic year. The method used is an experiment, the reason for choosing the experimental method is because it is to analyze cause and effect objectively, thus increasing the accuracy of the results between the independent and dependent variables. Where there are two classes tested class X E 2 as the experimental class and class X E 3 as the control class with the sampling technique using Cluster Random Sampling. Data collection instruments for students' economic learning outcomes were obtained by giving multi-choice tests totaling 40 questions. Data analysis techniques using prerequisite test analysis and hypothesis testing using the Z test. The results of hypothesis testing obtained that the value of Zhit = 7.77 by looking at the 5% test criteria obtained Zdaf = 1.96 so Zhit> Zdaf so Ho is rejected, meaning Ha is accepted or there is an effect of the application of the Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review (PQ4R) learning model on the economic learning outcomes of class X SMAS Tamansiswa students in the 2024/2025 academic year.
