Abstract

The problems of this research are 1). The learning outcomes of students in economic subjects are still low, 2). There are still many students who have difficulty understanding learning material, 3). The use of less varied learning strategies is a problem that exists in the economics learning process in class XI SMAS Taman Siswa Teluk Betung. This research aims to determine economic learning achievement after using the Everyone is a Teacher Here learning strategy in terms of learning outcomes. This research uses experimental methods. The population used in this research was class XI SMAS Taman Siswa Teluk Betung with a total of 67 students, where the sample consists of class XI F1 as an experimental class that uses the Everyone Is A Teacher Here learning strategy with a total of 34 students and class XI F2 as the Control class which uses Conventional learning methods with a total of 30 students.Based on data analysis, it is obtained: blobid0-f7e37429822bc8d1b4f380f93f0c83f3.png by looking at the test criteria with a significant level of  5% (blobid1-9fcce21208e4a0bbf86ecbb60906628c.png obtained blobid2-0d3cfd1ad3f67785930a84fe5f108863.png So that t_hit> t_daf so that the hypothesis H_0 is rejected, meaning Ha is accepted. So, it can be concluded that "There is an influence of the Everyone Is A Teacher Here Learning Strategy on the Economics learning outcomes of class XI students at SMAS Taman Siswa Teluk Betung for the 2024/2025 academic year."
