PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TIME TOKEN DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PEMASARAN PESERTA DIDIK KELAS X BDP SMK TRISAKTI JAYA BANDAR LAMPUNG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2023/2024

The problems in this study include 1) Students' marketing learning outcomes are still low, 2) Lack of student activity during marketing learning, 3) Time Token learning model has not been applied to marketing subjects. This research aims to improve the activities and learning outcomes of students in class X BDP SMK Trisakti Jaya Bandar Lampung through the Time Token learning model in Marketing subjects. This type of research is a classroom action research consisting of two cycles. The research procedure includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects in this study are class X BDP SMK Trisakti Jaya Bandar Lampung as many as 20 students. The data collection technique in this study uses observation, tests and documentation. The results of the study showed that the average score of students' learning activities increased from an average of 6.95% (less active) in the first cycle to 7.55% (active) in the second cycle. Student learning outcomes increased in the first cycle by 40% and the second cycle by 90%. From these results, it can be explained that the use of the Time Token learning model can improve the marketing activities and learning outcomes of students in class X BDP SMK Trisakti Jaya Bandar Lampung for the 2023/2024 academic year.
