PENGEMBANGAN MODUL AJAR MATERI ANALISIS SWOT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR EKONOMI BISNIS PESERTA DIDIK KELAS X MPLB1 DI SMK NEGERI 8 BANDAR LAMPUNG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2023/2024

Abstract

 

This research aims to develop a teaching module on SWOT Analysis material to improve business economics learning outcomes for class X MPLB1 students at SMK Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung for the 2023/2024 academic year. This research is motivated by the lack of preparation of students in the ongoing learning process, the use of learning resources is less varied, and the results of learning business economics, especially students' SWOT analysis material, are still low. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. The research subjects were students of class X MPLB1 at SMK Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung, totaling 34 students. The results of the research show that the teaching module developed is suitable for use based on validation results from material experts who stated that the teaching module product developed received an assessment result of "4.4" in the "very valid" category, then the validation results from language experts stated that the teaching module product was developed obtained an assessment result of 4.3 in the "very valid" category, and validation results by media experts obtained an assessment result of 4 in the "valid" category. Meanwhile, the results of the assessment of educators' responses to the teaching module practicality test received an assessment of 4.7 in the "practical" category and students' responses to the teaching module practicality test received an assessment of 4.6 in the "practical" category. And in the effectiveness test, the percentage value obtained was 85.30%, this already met the success indicator set at ≥80%. It can be concluded that the SWOT analysis material teaching module developed is feasible and effective for use in business economics learning for class X MPLB 1 SMK Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung.
