PENGEMBANGAN MODUL PEMBELAJARAN MATERI PERMASALAHAN EKONOMI UNTUK KELAS X OTKP 1 SMK PELITA PESAWARAN TAHUN PELAJARAN 2023/2024

This research is motivated by the following issues: (1) the limited availability of teaching materials, (2) the ineffectiveness of current teaching methods, (3) the lack of student comprehension of the learning materials, and (4) the suboptimal learning outcomes in economic business subjects for Class X OTKP 1 students at SMK Pelita Pesawaran. The aim of this research is to develop an instructional module on economic problems that can be used in the teaching process of economic business subjects. The research method applied is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE development model, which consists of the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The product validation results showed that the module received a rating of 4.2 from subject matter experts, categorized as "Valid," a rating of 4.3 from language experts, categorized as "Highly Valid," and a rating of 4.2 from media experts, categorized as "Valid." The practicality test results showed that the educators rated the module at 4.0, categorized as "Practical," while student responses gave a rating of 4.4, categorized as "Highly Practical." The effectiveness test of the economic problem-solving module showed positive results, with a normalized gain (N-Gain) score of 0.67, categorized as "Moderate." The effectiveness level of the module reached 67%, classified as "Moderately Effective." Based on the comparison of pretest and posttest scores, the average pretest score was 45.7, and the posttest score increased to 81.9. Therefore, it can be concluded that this instructional module on economic problems is feasible and effective for use in the economic business learning process for Class X OTKP 1 students at SMK Pelita Pesawaran.
