Abstract

The problems studied in this study research is that the economic learning outcomes obtained by many students have not yet reached the kkm, the learning methods used have not varied. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model on the economic learning outcomes of class X odd semester students of SMA Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung in the 2023/2024 academic year. This study used an experimental method, where there were two classes tested class X.10 as the experimental class and class X.11 as the control class with the sampling technique using Cluster Random Sampling. Data collection instruments for students' economic learning outcomes were obtained by giving multi-choice tests totaling 40 questions. The data analysis technique uses the prerequisite test analysis and hypothesis testing using the t test. The results of the hypothesis test obtained that the value of tit 4.52 by looking at the test criteria with a significant level of 5% (a = 0.05) obtained ttab 2.00. So it can be concluded that thit 4.52> trab = 2.00 so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that "there is an effect of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model on the economic learning outcomes of students in class X even semester of the 2023/2024 school year".
