Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of validity, level of practicality and level of effectiveness of developing employment teaching modules for class XI.8 students at SMA Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung. This research uses research and development. This method is used to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. The product produced in this research is an employment teaching module. The research stages carried out refer to the ADDIE development model including analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The research results show that level 1) of the validity of the teaching module is valid. This can be seen from the expert validation results, namely (a) language expert validation 4.3 (b) material expert validation 4.2 (c) media expert validation 4.7. So it can be concluded that the development of an employment teaching module is feasible for students in class XI.8 of SMA Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung. 2) the product trial assessment of students obtained an average score of 85.28. The employment teaching module is practical with a score of 4.4.
