ANALISIS LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK DENGAN PENDEKATAN BEHAVIOR UNTUK MENGATASI KESULITAN BELAJAR PADA SISWA KELAS XI DI SMAN 7 BANDAR LAMPUNG

Abstract

Learning difficulties are very influential if research is not immediately carried out because the impact is very influential for the future of students, students experience learning difficulties, meaning that students find it difficult to reach their future, especially in their academic fields and to continue on to college because academic grades decrease and understanding material is not well obtained because of various disturbances. It's not only academic grades that are influential and urgent, but also the behavior of students who are already different and show negative behavior, therefore the topic of learning difficulties is very urgent and has a major influence on the future of students if not done quickly to get treatment and solutions. of the existing problems, this is what makes researchers interested and confident in researching this theme. The research uses a qualitative approach. With a qualitative approach, the author can go directly into conducting interviews with respondents and make observations, so that the author can know in depth about the substance being studied. In presenting this data, the researcher used observation and interviews as well as documentation. In this activity the researcher held several meetings. Based on the results of research data analysis that has been carried out regarding learning difficulties using group guidance services with a behavioral approach, behavior changes have increased, before the group guidance services using a behavioral approach were carried out, respondents had symptoms of learning difficulties, namely abnormal behavior. Based on the results of the research and discussion in the previous chapter, the authors conclude as follows: 1. Learning difficulties can occur not because students are not smart and learning outcomes are below average but learning difficulties can occur due to internal family and externalfactors in the school environment or friendships, to find out students experiencing learning difficulties is not just looking at below average learning outcomes but on the problem of learning difficulties that occur in students of class XI MIPA 6, namely with behavioral symptoms shown in class during teaching and learning. 2. Group guidance is a form of guidance and counseling services that can be applied to overcome learning difficulties with the Behavioral approach. This can be proven by what the researchers did with the results of observational data and interviews at SMA N 7 Bandar Lampung for the 2023/2024 academic year.
