UPAYA MENIGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TPS (THINK PAIR SHARE) PADA SISWA KELAS IV SD NEGERI 1 BINAKARYA PUTRA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2022/2023

This study aims to determine the increase in activities and learning outcomes of PPKN through the TPS (Think Pair Share) learning method for the fourth students of SD Negeri 1 Binakarya Putra. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a cycle model that is carried out repeatedly and continuously. The subjects of this study were students of class IVA, totaling 24 students and the object was learning Civics. Methods of data collection is done through observation, tests and documentation. Data analysis techniques used quantitative analysis techniques and qualitative analysis techniques. The mastery of learning outcomes in this study is to achieve a percentage gain of 75% of the total number of students and the average score of student activity in each cycle has increased. The results showed that the application of the Think pair share learning model could improve student learning activities in Civics learning. This increase can be seen from the average results of observing student activities in cycle 1 to cycle 2 with the "good" category. The average value of the first cycle is 61.3% in the "Enough" category while in the second cycle it is (74.86%) in the "Good" category. Thus the increase from the results of the first cycle to the second cycle of (13.56%). In addition, learning through the application of the Think pair share learning model can improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Binakarya Putra, in the first cycle the percentage of completeness is (50%) and in the second cycle (75%). Thus, the increase from cycle I to cycle II was (25%).
