PENGGUNAAN MEDIA VISUAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR BAHASA INDONESIA SISWA KELAS V DI SDN 1 KEBON JERUK

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes through the use of fifth grade visual media at state Elementary School 1 Kebon Jeruk. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research or commonly reffered to as CAR which consists of Cycle II with several stages cycle by cycle. This classroom action research in its cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. In this study, the data collection techniques used were in the form tests, documentation, and observations with a success indikator of 72. The data analysis technique used in this study was qualitative data and used the formula, namely the average value divided by the number of students. This research was conducted in class V of SDN 1 Kebon Jeruk with the research subject of class VA consisting of 15 students and 13 female students. The object of this research is visual media. The results of this study are visual media in this study are presented in the form of animated power point slideshows that get an increase from cycle I to cycle II as evidenced by better student learning outcomes with a percentage of classical complemetness as much as 92% namely 26 students who complete and 2 students who not finished. As long as this visual media is used, students become more conducive during learning. Students pay more attention to the material given by the teacher, while working on the questions given students become orderly and look enthusiastic and happy to listen to the animation.
