Abstract

This research was  motivated by improving the learning outcomes of students in grade IV SD Negeri Hargo Pancuran, the observation results showed that there were problems with the learning outcomes of students, especially science subjects. The problem that arises is the low learning outcomes of students on the Energy Source material. This is shown by the average student in science subjects still below KKM (70). The purpose of this study is to improve learning outcomes whether the implementation of learning using animated media can improve science learning outcomes in grade IV students of SD Negeri Hargo Pancuran for the 2022/2023 academic year. Then whether the implementation of learning using animated media can improve science learning outcomes in grade IV students of SD Negeri Hargo Pancuran. This researcher uses Class Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles, each cycle is carried out in two meetings and each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely: Planning, Implementation, Observation, Reflection. The research subjects focused on class IV learners with a total of 14 students. The results of improving student learning can be seen from the learning outcomes of students. The learning outcomes of complete students have increased, namely in cycle I is 42.85% and cycle II students who are completed have increased to 85.71%. The increase in the results of student observations with an average of 73,4 in cycle 1 while in cycle 2 of 99,25. It can be seen from these results that "There is an increase in learning outcomes for students in grade IV of SD Negeri Hargo Pancuran for the 2022/2023 academic year with Video Animation learning media"
