HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA SISWA KELAS V SD NEGERI 2 SEDAYU, SEMAKA, TANGGAMUS

The main problem found in this study is that students' motivation in learning science is still low, which makes the achievement of student learning outcomes less than optimal. The type of research used is ex-post facto correlational, research that aims to find, study, or test cause-and-effect relationships that may occur between two or more variables. The population in this study were fifth grade students with a total of 20 students. The sample members in this study were 20 students. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, test and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses the product moment correlation formula. Based on the results of the study using the product moment formula, it showed that the results of N = 20 at a significant level of 5% obtained rtable = 0.44. It turns out that the obtained rxy of 0.80 is greater than rtable (at a significant level of 5% = 0.44). So that rtable (5%) < rxy is 0.44 < 0.80. Then it can be seen the level of closeness of the relationship between variable X and variable Y, namely the relationship between learning motivation and science learning outcomes for fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Semaka, Tanggamus Regency with a coefficient value (rxy) = 0.80 which is in the very strong category. This means that there is a relationship between variable X and variable Y, namely there is a relationship between learning motivation and science learning outcomes for fifth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Semaka, Tanggamus Regency.
