PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN MIND MAPPING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPS SISWA KELAS V DI SDN 5 KARANG ANYAR

Learning using the Mind Mapping model is one of the efforts made by teachers in improving children's learning outcomes, this research has been carried out at SDN 5 Karang Anyar school in social studies subject for class V. This research uses the CAR research method that passed several stages of activity and observation in order to get the best results which ended with a test to determine student learning outcomes in social studies subjects. The instruments used in this study were observation, testing and documentation in order to collect data and analyzed quantitatively. from the results of the study showed that the teacher's activity in the first cycle of 71.73% was in the good category, and in the second cycle it increased to the very good category with the acquisition of a score of 88.04%. Activities from the first cycle obtained a score of 70.65% including good categories. And student activities in the second cycle experienced an increase in the acquisition value by using the Mind Mapping model which obtained 89.13%. is in the very good category. For student learning outcomes Student learning outcomes using the Mind Mapping model in my cycle got a percentage of 48% that were completed so that they were included in the sufficient category. While in the second cycle students get completeness as much as 84% of students so it can be said that the learning outcomes in the second cycle are in the very good category. so it can be said that learning outcomes have increased.
