PENERAPAN MODEL KOOPERATIF TIPE MAKE A MATCH UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS IV SDN 32 GEDONG TATAAN

This research is motivated by several problems that occur in the learning activities of SD Negeri 32 Gedong Tataan, so that the activities and learning outcomes obtained by students have not reached the predetermined KKM. Based on observations, it is known that the passive activity of students in following the learning process and the lack of varied models used affect the low learning outcomes and learning activities of students. The purpose of this study is to find out the increase in activity and learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SDN 32 Gedong Tataan in thematic learning by using a cooperative model of make a match type. This research is included in the Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of three meetings. One cycle consists of 4 stages of activity, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, the observation stage and the reflection stage. The subject of this research is class IV SDN 32 Gedong Tataan with a total of 26 students consisting of 9 male students and 17 female students, in learning theme 7 sub-theme 1 and sub-theme 2 for the academic year 2021/2022 using the 2013 curriculum. The results of this study show that the average student learning activity in the first cycle was 7.5 and in the second cycle it increased to 8.4. For student learning outcomes in the first cycle reached an average value of 69.80 with a percentage of completeness 69% and in the second cycle the average value increased to 88.07 with a percentage of 88%. In the second cycle, it has reached the specified completeness, which is 75% of students who reach the KKM. Based on this, it can be concluded that the application of the make a match type cooperative model can increase the activity and learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SDN 32 Gedong Tataan.
