PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR PPKN MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN WORD SQUARE PADA SISWA KELAS IV SDN 1 PENAWAR JAYA TULANG BAWANG

Abstract

The main problem in this research is that students' learning outcomes have not been maximized. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of Civics learning outcomes after the implementation of the word square learning model. This research is a classroom action research with the research subjects of class IV students of SDN 1 Penawar Jaya which was carried out with a total of 17 students. Data collection methods used in the form of observation, tests, documentation. Based on the results of the research conducted, the percentage of student activity in cycle I at meeting 1 was 60.71% (enough) and at meeting 2 it was 71.43% (good). In cycle II at meeting 1 it was 82.14% (good) and at meeting 2 it was 92.86% (very good). The result of pre-cycle learning is 58,82%, in the first cycle it is 70.59% and in the second cycle it is 88.24%. Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that the application of the word square learning model can improve PPKN learning outcomes for fourth grade students at SDN 1 Penawar Jaya Tulang Bawang.
