PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN SNOWBALL THROWING TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SEJARAH PESERTA DIDIK KELAS X PERHOTELAN SEMESTER GENAP DI SMK NEGERI 4 BANDAR LAMPUNG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2022/2023

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Snowball Throwing learning model on student learning outcomes in history subjects in class X Hospitality at SMK Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung. This research is motivated by the reality in the field where students' learning outcomes are still low in history subjects. This research is an experimental research, which was conducted in class X Hospitality SMKN 4 Bandar Lampung. This study used two classes, namely class X PHT 1 as an experimental class with a total of 36 students, and class X PHT 2 as a control class with a total of 33 students. The sampling technique used in this study is Cluster Random Sampling. Based on research conducted in class X Hospitality SMK Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung, it shows that there is a significant influence from the application of the Snowball Throwing learning model on student learning outcomes in history subjects. This can be seen based on the average student learning outcomes using the Snowball Throwing learning model which is 80.1. While the average learning outcomes of students using conventional learning models is 72.2. Based on the results of the t test with a significant level of 5%, thit = 7.45 ≥ tdaf = 2.00 and so it is proven that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.
