This research is motivated by the low results of history learning in class X SMK Taman students. This study aims to determine and describe the application of the student team achievement division (STAD) method to improve history learning outcomes in class X students of SMK Taman Siswa and to increase history learning outcomes through the application of the student team achievement division (STAD) method to class X students of SMK Student Park. The type of research conducted is Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this study were 24 students of class X OTKP. The research design used is the Kemmis and Mc model. Taggart which contains the stages of planning, implementing actions and observing, and reflecting. The data collection instruments used were test questions to measure history learning outcomes and observation sheets to measure history learning activities. The type of data analysis used is qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Based on the results of data analysis in this study, the following conclusions can be drawn 1) The student team achievement division (STAD) method can improve history learning outcomes for class X OTKP SMK Taman Siswa Academic Year 2022/2023. 2) Increasing student history learning outcomes by applying the student team achievement division (STAD) method from cycle I with an average of 68.75 to cycle II with an average of 78.75. Thus there is an increase of 10%.
