PENGARUH MODEL HYBRID LEARNING TIPE TRADITIONAL CLASSES-REAL WORKSHOP-VIRTUAL WORKSHOP TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH MATEMATIS SISWA KELAS VIII SEMESTER GENAP SMP NEGERI 5 BANDAR LAMPUNG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2020/2021

The study examines problems related to the mathematical problem solving abilities of eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 5 Bandar Lampung which are still not optimal. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the traditional classes-real workshop-virtual workshop hybrid learning model on the mathematical problem solving abilities of class VIII students in the even semester of SMP Negeri 5 Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2020/2021. This research is an experimental study with a population of all VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 5 Bandar Lampung in the 2020/2021 school year and a sample of two VIII A classes, totaling 31 students as the experimental class and VIII B, totaling 31 students as the control class. The sample was taken using the Cluster Random Sampling technique with a lottery procedure. The measurement of the variables used an essay-shaped test of 5 questions which were first tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was used to test the hypothesis using t-test. From the results of hypothesis testing using the formula, the value = 8,82 is obtained. From the t distribution table at a significant level of 5%, it is known that = 1,67 means that > is 8,82 > 1,67, so it can be concluded that "the average mathematical problem solving ability of students who apply the Hybrid Learning model of Traditional Classes- Real workshops-Virtual Workshops are higher than those that apply the Conventional model in class VIII Even Semester SMP Negeri 5 Bandar Lampung for the 2020/2021 academic year".
