Abstract

This study aims to: (1) develop and determine the feasibility of problem-based learning videos in terms of validity as learning media, and (2) determine the effectiveness of problem-based learning videos in terms of learning outcomes, attractiveness, and practicality. This research is a research and development with the ADDIE model with the product material, namely the flat side space. Product validation is seen in terms of material, media, and language. After being validated, the video was tested on class VIII UPT SMP Negeri 20 Bandar Lampung students and seen the responses of students and teachers through a questionnaire. The results of material validation obtained a value of 4.88, media of 4.88, and language of 4.76, all of which met the "Valid" criteria. After using the developed video, student learning completeness can be categorized as "High" with classical completeness of 81%. The results of student responses showed that the learning video product was "Interesting" with an average achievement of 4.67 and "Practical" according to the teacher's response with an average achievement of 4.90. It can be concluded that the development product is feasible to be used as a learning medium.
