Abstract

The problems in this research are motivated by 1) the learning process is still less active, 2) the low interest in learning from students and feels bored quickly in paying attention to lessons, 3) teachers have not used learning media. The purpose of this study was to determine the stages of the process of developing economic learning videos in improving learning outcomes and to determine whether or not there was an increase in student learning outcomes for class XI MIPA 2 SMA Taman Siswa Teluk Betung after using instructional video media. This research is a type of research and development research, the research stages in the learning video refer to the ADDIE development model including Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The results showed that the Economics Learning Videos were Effective and Efficient in Improving the Learning Outcomes of XI MIPA 2 Students. Before using the learning videos, the XI MIPA 2 students got an average score of 65.42 and after using the learning videos the learning outcomes increased to 81. .88 then the learning video is practical with a score of 3.51 out of 5 and is effective in improving the overall learning outcomes of XI MIPA 2 students with an effectiveness level of 91.67.
